Building Use
By-the-hour Floor Time
Both of our training buildings are available for drop-in training during the week except during scheduled classes and during Adele and Denise's private lessons.
- $10/hour for people currently enrolled in an NDT class
- $15/hour for others
- $5/hour for the small building
These prices do not imply sole use of the building, i.e., other trainers may be there at the same time, depending on demand.
Obedience Side Floor Time

How do I sign up for floor time?
We are now using the Schedulicity website for scheduling floor time. Adele also has her students use it to schedule private lessons. To use the Schedulicity service, use this link:

- On that page, click on the appropriate link. Choices include lessons of varying lengths and floor times in the different areas of the buildings.
- Click on the service provider (options include 'obedience side of big building', 'agility side of big building', etc.).
- This takes you to a page with a calendar. Any of the dates that are bold have times available.
- Click on a date. It will then show you times that are available on that date.
- Click on a time.
- On the next screen, click on the 'Book it now!' button. The first time you do this, you will need to create an account for yourself on Schedulicity. To do this, click on the link that says 'Sign up now - it's free!' Be aware that the password you create has to be at least 7 characters long, and has to have a non-alpha character in it. Otherwise the system rejects the password.
When you use this service, it sends us a notification that you have scheduled or canceled a lesson or floor time.
How do I reserve part of the big building for an hour or two?
The buildings are also available for your group to use exclusively.
The agility area and equipment is $40/hour for a group or individuals to reserve.
The obedience area and equipment is
$40/hour for group or individuals to reserve.
Whole big building by-the-hour
$75/hour for a group to reserve the whole big building
$30/hour for a group to reserve the small training building
How do I reserve the building for a daylong or weekend event?
The building is available on a limited basis for groups to rent for special events such as small agility or obedience trials.
First check the Classes and Special Events at NDT calendar to see if there is anything else happening on the desired dates. Then contact us for prices and to confirm
availability. Send an email to NDT with specifics of what you would like use the building for and what group you are representing.
